The Casebook of Elisha Grey IV has been uploaded to smashwords.com and will be available on multiple e-book platforms in the next few days.
While I was writing Casebook IV (and for that matter, Casebook III) ideas for The Casebook of Elisha Grey V began to surface and I am now polishing out that first rough draft. It's not the only one -- there are three more volumes to follow, which are sketched out as well.
These characters have a lot to tell.
How do I do it? When writing, music is vital for me, and here's my latest playlist (listen with a good set of headphones and turn it up!):
Yes/Going for the One (full album) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_d6UQKoogk
(the skyscrapers in the album cover photo? I worked across the street from those back in the day....Century City).
Depeche Mode/Songs of Faith and Devotion (full album) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqCAGqE9byo (no, they're not just a synthpop band if that's what you thought....)
The Moody Blues/"Mike's Number One", an additional track from the album A Question of Balance (the whole album was on my playlist too). "We've all started something." Song written by keyboardist & Mellotron mechanic Mike Pinder https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFDDzud96rM&index=11&list=PLzAUHIL8cR4Q3rNRmYsGxSS0c7XtWDjFE
Emerson, Lake & Palmer/Brain Salad Surgery full album https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmtWExgQYs4 (when classical music and prog rock collide, RIP Keith Emerson)
Bryan Ferry/Avonmore full album https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJIZSG4nKdk

Originally red-tagged for demolition, it was subsequently yellow tagged and repaired.
