Meantime, the writer needs to get it to them. Oh. That would be me.
Status: Second editing pass on The Casebook of Elisha Grey III is done, keeping to deadline of epub date at end of March 2016 (yes, that's about six weeks!)
Yet, reading isn't the only way for readers to finish the book.
Story "bible" materials covering The Casebook of Elisha Grey, vols I through III is nearly done (and slated to finish tomorrow) so that I can register the concept with The Writers' Guild of America.
Why?
So I can begin submitting this story line to production companies looking for original series material that would suit cable and/or streaming services. You don't know who you are. Yet.
Why? Because, sometimes, it's viewers who finish the book too.
Am I slightly exhausted? Yes. Giddy? Yes. Ready for the third and final editorial pass on Casebook III? Yes.
Because Casebooks IV and V await....as does the series that will follow.
Yes, readers finish the book. The characters, however, determine how many stories will be told.
So I'm taking dictation. Meantime, I hope you're reading what's already out there in the cloud. So you can be a reader who finishes the book. Check smashwords.com and you'll find it.

Now I wonder -- if this does get optioned for a series, who will build the hovercrafts?
